Planning Board recommends two zoning amendments for March ballot

NH EPPING — Planning Board unanimously endorses two zoning amendments for March ballot. The board voted 5-0 to recommend Article 19, Sign Ordinance revisions governing permitted sign types, dimensions, placement, illumination, and enforcement, and Article 6, Section 6.9 Manufactured Housing Regulations allowing alternative temporary housing during home construction. Chairman Michael Vose led the public hearing; the full amendment text will be available at Town Hall starting January 12.

The board also granted Kingston Karts a one-year extension for Site Plan approval and continued Outfront Media's 48-foot by 14-foot sign application to February 12.
