NH EPPING — Planning Board approves three applications and one lot line adjustment at June meeting. Chairman Mike Sudak and the Board unanimously approved a digital sign for E & E Septic at 371 Calef Highway, a lot line adjustment for Adam Russell Teixeira and Alexia Teixeira at 193 Pleasant Street to provide Route 27 access following State of New Hampshire sale of former roadway, and site preparation for the Michael Fecteau Revocable Trust at 54 Church Street involving earth removal and four stormwater detention ponds. The Fecteau project received four waivers from excavation regulations contingent on third-party engineering review and Conservation Commission sign-off.
