Planning Board Agenda · Meeting of May 14, 2026

NH EPPING — Planning Board approves lot line adjustment and renewed storage site permits. The board unanimously cleared a lot line adjustment for 33 Mill Pond Road that corrects a boundary running through a house and septic system, and re-approved an amended site plan and conditional use permits for Epping Storage Development at Greenlaw Drive after the original 2021 permit lapsed. Engineer Joe Coronati explained the Shank family purchased the property and shifted from sewer to septic; amendments include water line valves, road salt usage notes, and downsized domestic water services.

Fire Department staff noted the street sign for Greenlaw Drive remains uninstalled. All votes carried unanimously.
