Zoning Board of Adjustment Agenda · Meeting of August 26, 2026

NH EPPING — Epping zoning board split 2-2 on automotive repair variance, effectively denying the application. Christian Currier's request to operate a part-time automotive repair business from a detached garage at 20 Bartlett Street failed when Vice Chairman Kevin Martin and member Bob Eldridge voted against the variance while Chairman Cassandra Hojaboom and member Mike Silva voted in favor. The board cited concerns about noise from evening power-tool use in a high-density residential neighborhood.

In other action, the board continued a hearing on Laura Riddle's proposed accessory dwelling unit at 39 Blake Road to September 23 to gather additional information on setback and egress requirements.
